The Horizon Troubleshooting Bootcamp combines content on Horizon Virtual Desktop Troubleshooting & Horizon Infrastructure Troubleshooting. This combination provides you with the practical skills to solve common problems encountered in a Horizon® environment.

You will participate in a series of lab exercises to solve existing problems in the environment. The exercises will mirror real-world troubleshooting use cases. These exercises will provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills to overcome typical challenges faced by Tier 1 administrators and virtual desktop operators, as well as advanced knowledge, skills and abilities to troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure.

This workshop provides the skills and competencies required to troubleshoot Horizon Connection Server, Unified Access Gateway, protocols, connections and certificates. The Horizon Troubleshooting Bootcamp offers two challenge labs in which participants are confronted with virtual desktops and infrastructure problems that can occur in real Horizon environments. The aim of the exercises is to put the content covered in the training into practice and create a working environment.
