Within IT management, it is becoming increasingly important to react quickly to changing environmental influences - this is known as agility. With our agile training courses, we offer you the opportunity to learn such agile methods.

Scrum
Scrum is an agile framework for software development that impresses with its simplicity. Scrum describes a consistent change in development processes compared to conventional process models. For successful implementation, this requires a fundamental rethink on the part of software developers, managers and customers.
We support the training concept of scrum.org and offer official training courses conducted by certified Professional Scrum Trainers.
SAFe® for Lean Enterprises
The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) is a system for implementing Agile, Lean and DevOps practices at scale. SAFe views a company holistically as a system with many interacting components. C-level and portfolio management learn procedures to ensure that the strategy and its implementation are in harmony with each other using relatively simple but clever means.
The training courses on offer are delivered by trainer Klaus Stephan (ISAPM), who is a certified SPC as a Scaled Agile Partner (Bronze).
SAFe® and Scaled Agile Framework® are registered trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc.
DevOps
The term DevOps is made up of the words Development and Operations. It describes the collaboration between software development and IT operations. With DevOps approaches, the development and operations team can work faster and more efficiently, make software applications available at shorter intervals, react more quickly to incidents and ultimately improve collaboration within the team.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Site Reliability Engineering as a new service management model is complementary to the principles of ITIL 4 and DevOps and supplements these with a concrete operating concept (operation model).
