Target Group
-
This course is intended for identity and access administrators who plan to take the related certification exam or who perform identity and access management tasks as part of their daily work. This course is also helpful for administrators or technicians who want to specialize in deploying identity and access management systems for Azure-based solutions and play an essential role in protecting an organization.
-
Knowledge Prerequisites
-
Before attending this course, participants should have the following knowledge:
- Be familiar with security best practices and industry standard security requirements such as "defense in depth", "least privileged access", "shared responsibility" and "zero trust model".
- Be familiar with identity concepts such as authentication, authorization and Active Directory.</li
- You already have experience deploying Azure workloads. This course does not cover the basics of Azure administration. Instead, the course content builds on that knowledge and adds security-specific information.</li
- Some experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and scripting languages is helpful, but not required. PowerShell and CLI can be used in the course exercises.
Prerequisite courses (or equivalent knowledge and practical experience):
