Modern Salesforce Administration

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the Salesforce platform through the lens of a real-world business transition. Learners will step into the role of a Salesforce Administrator for Cosmic Shoes, a US-based retailer recently expanded through the acquisition of Core Kinetics.

Through hands-on exercises, participants will navigate the complete administrative lifecycle: from initial org configuration and user security to complex data management and multi-step automation using Flow. The curriculum moves beyond theory, tasking students with scaling the Salesforce environment to meet the demands of a growing EMEA workforce. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to manage a production-ready Salesforce org, solve critical business problems with no-code tools, and prepare for the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam.

This is the “Gold Standard” for Salesforce foundations. Unlike self-paced learning, this course uses a continuous business narrative (Cosmic Shoes) that helps learners understand why certain settings are chosen, not just how to click buttons.
