Compliance: A reporting system is available to enable whistleblowers to report irregularities in a regulated manner. This will also enable anonymous reporting.
Risk Management: A risk management system is in place for the entire Group. This is specified throughout the Group. It is also part of our ISO 9001:2015 certification and is audited regularly.
Transparency: Regular reports on business activities are submitted to the shareholder. The employees also receive a regular overview of the company's economic situation, developments in the training market and the positioning of the ExperTeach Group in this market.
