Robotic process automation can be used to achieve new levels of efficiency. Recurring, standardized processes can be defined in a web interface and embedded in tools such as Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. Standard software tools (e-mails, scheduling) as well as ERP and EAP systems can be integrated and approval processes implemented - or even complex automation with physical components (building control) can be realized. One cloud solution that can be used to implement such a project comes from Microsoft. Formerly known as "Flow", Power Automate is a low-code platform that not only enables the integration of Microsoft tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and Teams, but also provides interfaces to numerous other solutions.
In this course, you will learn what Robotic Process Automation is all about and how to design Microsoft Power Automate flows and Power Apps. You will also learn which protocols, data formats and interfaces to use to create an RPA workflow in Power Automate. You will be provided with a suitable account for the numerous exercises as part of the training course. -

Hybrid training
- Hybrid training means that online participants can additionally attend a classroom course. The dynamics of a real seminar are maintained, and the online participants are able to benefit from that. Online participants of a hybrid course use a collaboration platform, such as WebEx Training Center or Saba Meeting. To do this, a PC with browser and Internet access is required, as well as a headset and ideally a Web cam. In the seminar room, we use specially developed and customized audio- and video-technologies. This makes sure that the communication between all persons involved works in a convenient and fault-free way.
