This course provides participants with the basic knowledge of the functions and capabilities of the IEEE 802.1X protocol. It introduces the architecture, components and features of a network that are required for identity verification in the network using IEEE 802.1X and RADIUS. In practical exercises, participants gain experience in an IEEE 802.1x-based network consisting of Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco WLAN components and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).

You will receive the original course documentation from Cisco in English language as a Cisco E-Book. In the Cisco Digital Learning Version, the content of the courseware is integrated into the learning interface instead.

Knowledge Prerequisites
