An interesting alternative to classic LAN and WAN networks are the solution concepts from Meraki, which offer simple, centralized administration of all components via a graphical user interface. In addition to configuration functions, this dashboard also includes extensive monitoring functions. Many tasks such as upgrades and patching or the backup of data and configuration are largely performed automatically via the cloud. The differences to classic networks as well as the optimal areas of application will be worked out in this training course and demonstrated using a test environment.
