Participants will learn how to deploy the NetWorker components, how to update NetWorker to the latest version and how to configure NetWorker for operation. They will also learn how to create and manage user accounts, how to configure and initiate data backup and restore, and how to monitor NetWorker operations. This course includes exercises to reinforce this knowledge.

Knowledge Prerequisites

In order to understand the content and successfully complete this course, a participant must have appropriate knowledge/skills, including an understanding of:
- Administration of Linux or Windows systems
- PowerProtect DD systems and administration
- Common concepts and principles for enterprise backup and recovery
- Enterprise SAN/LAN concepts
