This training replaces the previous Palo Alto Networks EDU-318 – Prisma Access SASE Security: Design and Operation course. 

The Prisma Access SSE: Configuration and Deployment course (replacing EDU-318) provides in-depth insight into the deployment, configuration, and management of Prisma Access with Strata Cloud Manager (SCM). You will gain the skills necessary to protect remote networks and mobile users with a cloud-based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution and equip your organization with modern, scalable, and cloud-based network security.

Target Group

This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to secure remote networks and mobile users. Security Engineers, Security Administrators, Security Operations Specialists, Security Analysts, and Network Engineers

Knowledge Prerequisites

The participants should have basic knowledge of cloud computing and the public cloud and be familiar with Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall management and basic networking concepts, including routing and IP addressing.

To gain this knowledge, participants should complete the FireWall Configuration and Management (EDU-210) and Panorama (EDU-220) courses or have equivalent experience.

Alternatives

If you manage Prisma Access with Panorama instead of Strata Cloud Manager “SCM,” we recommend that you take the following course beforehand:

  • Panorama: Centralized Network Security Administration – Covers the basics of Panorama for managing Prisma Access.
