This training replaces the previous Palo Alto Networks EDU-318 – Prisma Access SASE Security: Design and Operation course. 

The Prisma Access SSE: Configuration and Deployment course (replacing EDU-318) provides in-depth insight into the deployment, configuration, and management of Prisma Access with Strata Cloud Manager (SCM). You will gain the skills necessary to protect remote networks and mobile users with a cloud-based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution and equip your organization with modern, scalable, and cloud-based network security.

• Deploy and configure Prisma Access: Master the operational deployment of Prisma Access as a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution to deliver seamless network connectivity and robust security from the cloud.
• Hands-On Experience: Get practical, lab-based training to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Prisma Access using Strata Cloud Manager—ensuring you’re fully equipped to secure remote networks and mobile users.
• Enhance Your Security Strategy: Develop the skills necessary to protect applications and remote infrastructures with a modern, SASE approach tailored for today’s dynamic workforce.

You will receive the original course documentation by Palo Alto in English language as an e-book.

This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to secure remote networks and mobile users. Security Engineers, Security Administrators, Security Operations Specialists, Security Analysts, and Network Engineers

The participants should have basic knowledge of cloud computing and the public cloud and be familiar with Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall management and basic networking concepts, including routing and IP addressing.

To gain this knowledge, participants should complete the FireWall Configuration and Management (EDU-210) and Panorama (EDU-220) courses or have equivalent experience.

If you manage Prisma Access with Panorama instead of Strata Cloud Manager “SCM,” we recommend that you take the following course beforehand:

• Panorama: Centralized Network Security Administration – Covers the basics of Panorama for managing Prisma Access.

This training is recommended as preparation for Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Service Edge Engineer certification.
