Partner Business Transformation BootCamp Part 1

Today, each company is challenged by digitization. This applies particularly to those enterprise which are part of the IT industry themselves and whose business purpose is the "Plan, Build and Run" of IT infrastructure solutions. Several big trends are fundamentally changing this traditional business model: the deeper integration of IT in business processes, services and products (bi-modal IT), the partial disintegration of IT departments, the migration of services into the cloud, the more intensive usage of (external) artificial intelligence, etc. For the partners of traditional system suppliers this means to continue operating the old business in a profitable manner and to open new business fields in parallel. For this purpose, it is not only necessary to develop new services, but also to create new business models or even found companies. In the Partner Business Transformation BootCamp we support partners in a structured workshop program to analyze their own risks and potentials strategically, take the necessary decisions, and make the required changes in the fields strategy, organization, and management. The first part is a determination of the status quo and strategic analysis and provides impulses for the executives to develop new business models.
