Important to know is that you will need administrator privileges on the device you are using to access the e-Courseware.
Please note the following steps to be performed:
1. Get an account
To get an account, please visit https://aspen.eccouncil.org. If you already have an account, skip to Step 4.
2. Registration
You have to click "REGISTER" to fill out the registration form. After that you need to click the "SUBMIT" button.
3. Activation
You will receive a confirmation email from aspen@eccouncil.org. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your EC-Council Aspen Portal account.
4. Log in
Login with your Username and Password.
5. Subscription Code
Once successfully logged in, you have to click the "SUBMIT SUBSCRIPTION CODE" button. The Submit Subscription Code window will pop-up, enter the subscription/e-courseware access code in the Subscription Code field and click "SUBMIT".
We will provide the subscription code before the training will start.
6. Course list
If your subscription/access code is valid, you will see your course listed under "MY COURSES".
7. Access
Click the "TRAINING" button under the course to access the e-Courseware, Lab Manuals, and Tools in the Training area. Follow the instructions in the Instructions tab to download and view the files.
Note: The e-Courseware access is valid for one year from date of receipt.
