Troubleshooting in an ACI Fabric

Workshop for Error Analysis

Cisco Platinum Learning Partner Logo

The Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) is Cisco's solution for the network infrastructure of a data center. It is administered via the Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC). With the ACI, Cisco has launched a completely new approach to building a network on the market, which is much more reminiscent of cloud-oriented solutions. The operator of such an ACI in particular is often faced with the challenge of quickly finding their way around the administrative structures of the ACI in order to solve problems. In this workshop, you will learn how to approach a target-oriented error analysis. This includes obtaining information via the GUI and CLI, interpreting error messages and the effective use of various tools that help with troubleshooting. You will also deepen your knowledge of how data is forwarded through the ACI Fabric, enabling you to react more quickly in the event of errors. In practical exercises, you will get to know the behavior of an ACI in typical error scenarios, deepen your knowledge and finally solve various trouble tickets independently.

Course Contents

Troubleshooting tools
