Each level in the Trend Micro Partner Program requires specific sales and/or technical certifications. Sales & Technical Sales Qualifications can be completed online via the Trend Micro Education Portal and are valid for 12 months.
The Trend Micro Certified Professional (TMCP) qualification is aimed at consultants who work with Trend Micro products in enterprise environments. Attendance of a classroom training course is required for admission to the exam. The exam is included in the course price. The certifications remain valid for a period of 24 months.
One-day training courses are available for recertification, in which only the new functionalities of a solution are covered. Participation in a recertification course requires a valid Certified Professional certification for the respective solution at the time of course registration. Upon completion of the course, participants can take the certification exam to validate their Trend Micro Certified Professional status for two additional years.
