The “Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies Hybrid and Cloud” (CLCOR-HC) course is the second part of the CLCOR training series. This course provides you with practical knowledge of Cisco Collaboration core technologies in hybrid and cloud environments. Upon completion of this course, you will have a fundamental understanding of the architecture of Cisco Collaboration solutions. You will have proven competencies in deploying cloud and hybrid services, cloud and hybrid telephony, and Quality of Service (QoS).
Together with the “Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies On-Premises (CLCOR-OP)” course, this course prepares you for the 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 exam. Upon successful completion, you will receive the “Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core” certification and meet the core exam requirements for the “Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration” and “Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Collaboration” certifications.

- Webex Calling: Provisioning, PSTN connectivity, dial plan, and local gateways
- Configuration of Cisco Unified Border Element and Webex Calling in local scenarios
- Administration and feature control via the Webex Control Hub
- Fundamentals of converged IP networks for voice, video, and data transmission, as well as QoS considerations
- End-to-end QoS concepts to ensure service quality in networks
- Implementation of QoS policies, classification, and marking for voice and video data
- QoS design and configuration on Cisco Catalyst 9000, including trust boundaries and DSCP usage
